I used Satori for my Mt Pisco trip last July. Dan Nash and his Peru team were great. They were very professional and took safety extremely seriously, which is what I was most interested in. The porters were such lovely people, the food surprisingly good and the mountain a lifetime experience. I’ve traveled to Nepal, Africa, India and Bolivia with other companies but plan to travel to Africa again this fall with Satori and would definitely recommend them.

I used Satori Adventures for my trip to Iceland for the Laugavegurinn trek in July 2012. The Satori guide was very professional and knowledgeable with several years of experience. The trip itself was through one of the most spectacular areas I’ve ever had the pleasure to visit. It was overall a great experience and I will gladly use Satori in the future for any other expeditions.

I first climbed with the awesome Satori team in Nepal (a month-long trip, trekking to Everest Base Camp for acclimation and then climbing the 21,000-foot Island Peak) and was so pleased with the support they gave me as a first-time mountaineer, that I planned a second trip and brought two friends to climb with Satori in the Andes. Dan Nash led both expeditions, supported by his regular assistant guide Jon Barrows, and working in conjunction with local climbing guides to keep prices amazingly reasonable and provide a strong dose of local culture and flavor — I loved both trips and am considering another with them — possibly their climb against cancer on Kilimanjaro this October or a return to Asia to climb Cho Ojo in 2015.

Satori Adventure Treks and Expedition is the coalition partner of Treks and Expedition business with Snowy Horizon Treks and Expedition agency in Nepal. We found Satori Adventure the most reliable, genuine, devoted and pro-active for US based company to promote and operate the Expeditions throughout the world. We feel comfortable and proud to work with Mr. Dan Nash as the leader of the company and willing to have evergreen business relationship for Nepal Treks and Expeditions and pleased to highly recommend the mountain seekers to use Satori Adventure for their future climbing plan in terms of safety, hygienic meals, well managed logistics, planned new itineraries and professional guiding in the Himalayas.

Satori Adventure and Expedition had operated successful event of Mt. Everest Expedition Spring 2012, Cho-Oyu spring 2012 and 2013 including many trekking peak and adventure trekking in Everest, Annapurna, langtang, Manaslu and Kanchanjungha region. Satori adventure director, Dan Nash, was efficient and very helpful in organizing the entire trip. He ensured every time that the trip requests where fulfilled and the trip was tailored exactly to client needs. I would highly recommend Satori Adventure Treks and Expedition!!

I used Satori Adventures and Expeditions the summer of 2012 for a trip to Peru to climb Mt Pisco and Mt Chopicalqui in the Cordillera Blanca in the Andes. Dan Nash along with the staff in Peru provided professional top notch service at a very affordable price. Before the trip Dan was always available for questions and answered emails in a timely fashion. While in Peru Dan and the local guides were very helpful, professional, and very safety conscious, and the cooks provided great meals for being in the mountains, they all made this a trip of a lifetime. I have 2 future trips planned with Satori and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I used Satori Adventures and Expeditions for my Nepal trip last November. The Satori team was outstanding in their support prior to and during the 21-day trip. The trek to Everest Base Camp and climb of Island Peak 21,000-foot was an amazing, life changing experience. Satori’s local climbing guides were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and fun. They catered to everyone’s needs and helped those of us who had minor ailments along the way. I loved the trip, and plan on using Satori for my next adventure. I would definitely recommend the Satori team!
